Event Overview:

We take pride in being an emerging Omani company with a developmental perspective in event planning and management in the Sultanate, specializing in providing comprehensive services for organizing and managing events, exhibitions, and conferences with the enthusiasm of our inspiring youth. The Youth Initiatives Forum was designed, organized, and managed for 2023 in Sohar, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, and was sponsored by Rashid bin Saif Al-Mahrizi, State Council Member.

Scope of Work:

– Visual Identity Design: Designed and prepared the visual identity for the Youth Initiatives Forum, including the logo, program, event file, certificates, envelopes, pens, posters, notepads, invitation cards, hall signage, workshop designs, participant and organizer cards, and screen presentations.

– Artistic Direction and Content for Opening and Closing Ceremonies:  Developed a complete plan for the forum from visitor entry to conclusion, including venue selection, coordinating with the company for screens, booth design, and stage setup, and overseeing all aspects of the forum, including participating initiatives and conducted workshops.

– Media Coverage: Provided media coverage throughout the forum with a complete team equipped with all necessary equipment for photography and video services, including professional editing and delivery on the same day to create unforgettable moments.

–  Design and Printing of Shields:  Designed and executed a set of commemorative wooden shields for the forum, laser-engraved with the ministry’s name and logo, using high-quality materials with innovative artistic designs as memorable gifts, paying attention to the finest details and finishing touches.
